Hobie 33 Conversion...(it must be catching)

Take a sucessful design from the early 80's and look at it with a fresh eye and apply some current knowledge of what makes a boat perform better...

We have talked about a "conversion kit" to take an H33 to a modern design. The "kit" would inculde 3 modules:
1. A Plumb bow extension
2. A modern aft cockpit (like the IC24 "plug")
3. A modern transom/aft hull unit

We can, or You can, source an existing H33 and we can install the kit for $XX. The End Result is more or less a smaller version of the "hot" Class 40 design, similar to the Owen-Clarke 40.
